Annually we have these animals for sale:

We at J Bar Angus have calves born 
September thru January and wean calves in May thru July.

200 Registered Black Angus bulls for sale annually.  The bulls 
are weaned in May thru July and held to Mid October when we get the 
yearling data, ultrasound data semen, and brucellosis test them and 
give them their yearling health vaccines. Bulls are approximately 14 months of 
age at the start of private treaty bull sales.  A percentage are kept to be put in 
the LSAA Bull Sale on December 5, 2008 at the J Bar Angus sale site.  The bulls can be picked out and up in October.  If any bull is picked out prior to the 
LSAA bull sale and the customer plans to come to the bull sale; they can leave a 
$500.00 deposit on a pick at the ranch and later apply that to a J Bar 
purchase at the bull sale in place of the one picked at the ranch.
